Cisco Catalyst 1900 & 2820 Series CatOS Switches

I found that the current CatOS adapter wasn't really set up to handle the Cat1900 or 2820 series switches as their OS isn't quite like any of the others.

The entire 1900/2820 family went end-of-sale in 2002, end-of-software-support in 2003 and end-of-life in 2007 so extending the current CatOS adapter wouldn't realy be worthwhile.

I created this adapter as a test exercise and just kept going till every possible component had been modelled - including really useful things like spanning-tree instances and vlans/bridge-groups ;)

It's been tested against a 1912-EN, 1924-A and 2822-EN but should work for all other devices in the family - however, it's only been checked with the v8 and v9 code - I couldn't get a copy of the v5, v6 or v7 code anywhere.
